Listening back through June's episodes, I'm struck by the notion that the most meaningful conversations don't necessarily provide us with the exact answers, but they do give us the opportunity to ask better and more relevant questions that can help us to move forward in ways that are specific to our businesses.

Some of those questions surfaced in June included:
What if AI isn't 'just' about efficiency?
What if your business isn't your identity?
What if success means something entirely different to you, and you allow yourself to follow a path that diverges from the one we've been conditioned to take?

WHOA! Every guest that I spoke with this past month challenged deep-held beliefs that we sometimes unconsciously accept without questioning IF we actually believe these things. And that's exactly why these conversations - and The She Leads Podcast, matter. If you haven't been following along, maybe this upcoming weekend when you're driving or taking a good-for-you walk outside, you can catch up with these important conversations and get inspired.

Why Women Can't Scale on a System Built Against Them and How AI Changes That with Melissa McCann Tilton

This month's episodes were filled with women who are proving there's more than one way to build a successful business.

Melissa McCann Tilton
explains why it's really about amplifying the decisions you're already making and why that changes everything for founders.

Jennifer DeVito proves you don't have to build your business the way everyone else does. Sometimes the biggest advantage comes from questioning the rules.

Leah Lykins challenges one of the biggest beliefs we've been taught that success has to follow a traditional path. Her story is proof that there are many ways to build a meaningful career and life.

And Alisha Pennington shares why more women should build with an exit in mind and create wealth that lasts beyond the business.

If there's one thing these conversations remind us, it's that the women changing the world aren't waiting for permission. They're building, learning, and figuring it out along the way.

Please tell me what you loved, and who else you'd like me to interview on The She Leads Podcast. My goal is to share stories and lessons learned from women scaling their businesses to $1 million ++. And that number is not for vanity purposes.

Rather, when women achieve this revenue milestone, they free up resources and access to wealth. And, when women have wealth, we do GREAT THINGS with it. We help ourselves, our families, communities, and the planet as a whole.

THIS IS WHY it's so important to use our businesses and our leadership.

Let's learn from these women and apply their lessons so we all grow and thrive.
We need more women leading in today's world!

If these episodes resonated with you in any way, I'd like to ask that you please take a moment to follow our special show and to give the podcast a rating and/or review on Apple or Spotify.
